When to update your Will

It is very important to remember when making your Will that it may need to be changed later on due to circumstances.

It is recommended to review your Will every five years or so, or after major life changes, such as marriage or divorce, the birth of a child or grandchild, moving house, your executor is no longer suitable, the value of your estate has changed.

To amend your Will, you will need to add a codicil which has been witnessed when signed.
