Each site will undergo a thorough risk assessment to ensure safety, and only safe and suitable locations will be selected for hosting the clothes bank.

Rest assured that all clothes banks are fully compliant with health and safety regulations. Furthermore, they are insured and serviced to the highest industry standards, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

There is a well-organised system in place for regular collections of donated clothing.

For every ton of clothing & shoes collected through the bank, our charity receives an industry-leading donation of £250 This provides a substantial opportunity to raise funds while promoting sustainable practices.

All clothing & shoes received through the bank is either reused as clothing or recycled ethically. We have a strict policy in place to ensure that no clothing ends up in landfills or gets sent to countries lacking the necessary infrastructure for its handling.

At the end of each month, partners are provided with detailed reports highlighting the amount of money raised through the clothes bank. These reports help keep you informed about the positive impact of your support.
