Lottery Canvasser
Lottery Canvassers
To help us raise vital funds through our Lifesaving Lottery, we have our own lottery canvassers which recruit lottery players. Our canvassers engage with the public, share our mission, and encourage supporters to sign up for the chance to win every week. The canvassers can be found in supermarkets, at events but also go door to door across Wales.
Every ticket sold helps us save lives, making a real difference in people’s lives.
Identifying Lottery Canvassers
The canvassers working on our behalf are identifiable by their red-branded clothing and ID badge.
Lottery players are currently given the option to pay via Direct Debit or cheque; we will not ask you for or accept cash when we ask you to join the lottery.
Canvassers follow a strict ethical code of conduct, and it is recommended that they only knock on doors between the hours of 10am and 8pm. This is even though by law, they are allowed to knock between the hours of 9am to 9pm.
Our lottery canvassers ONLY recruit lottery players and do not accept any other kinds of donations, including cash donations.
