Lottery Unity4 Telephone Campaign
From the week commencing 1st December 2025, the Wales Air Ambulance will be running a Lottery telephone campaign using a company called Unity4.
If you are a member of our Lifesaving Lottery then you may receive a call from Unity4 on 01792 949744. We would like to confirm that Unity4 are phoning on our behalf and that this is a legitimate call.

Why have I been called?
Unity4 will be calling some of our lottery members on our behalf to ask if they would kindly like to increase their lottery membership by one number.
Will I need to give my bank details?
You will only be asked to provide your bank account details if they have recently changed.
Will I need to contact my bank to amend/set up a new Direct Debit?
No, We will amend your existing Direct Debit and a new Direct Debit Mandate will be sent out to you in the post.
How long will the campaign last?
The campaign will start week commencing 1st December 2025 and will end in February 2026.
What if I agree to the additional number then change my mind?
Please call our Lifesaving Lottery team on 0300 0152 999 (option 1) or email: lottery@walesairambulance.com and they will be able to assist.
