We can’t save lives without you!
We can’t save lives without you!
Wales Air Ambulance is an all-Wales Charity providing critical care 24/7 to those suffering a life or limb-threatening injury or illness. Without your support, we simply wouldn’t exist, and those people suffering their worst day wouldn’t receive the advanced care that they need.
Help us to keep our helicopters in the air and rapid response vehicles on the road and save lives today.

Behind every mission is a patient
Since we launched in 2001, we have attended over 50,000 missions. Behind each of those missions are human stories.
Their families, friends, loved ones and colleagues are also impacted by your donation.
Sinead was involved in a catastrophic car accident and required an operation on her upper body, all of our blood products and an anaesthetic, all at the scene of the accident. Without this, Sinead wouldn’t be here today, nor would she have been reunited with her daughter.

Dispatch
An allocator and critical care practitioner monitors every 999 call to identify those needing critical care.
Critical Care
We take the emergency department to the patient, delivering hospital-standard treatments on scene.
Advanced decisions
Our advanced decision-making on scene enables us to take patients to the most appropriate hospital for their illness or injury.
Aftercare Service
The support our patients receive doesn’t end once they reach hospital. We will support patients throughout their recovery.
Ways you can make a lifesaving difference!
You may rely on us when the worst happens, but we rely on you to keep our service running, and there’s plenty of ways you can support our charity, from sharing your story to taking part in an event.
