Patient Support

Being involved in a medical emergency or series accident can change your life drastically. It can be difficult for both a patient and their family.

If you have received treatment from our crew, the support doesn't end once you reach hospital.

Whether you have unanswered questions, or need someone to talk to, we are here to help you throughout your recovery.

The loss of a loved one is a personal and heartbreaking journey. Everyone has their own way of dealing with their grief.

Our crews are dispatched to attend Wales' most critically ill and injured patients. Despite their best efforts, sadly, not everyone survives. Tragically, the deaths of our patients are often sudden and unexpected.

Our Patient Liaison Officer, Jo, is on hand to support you during this difficult time. Jo will listen, offer support, and can answer any questions you may have about the treatment we provided. Some people also find it comforting to meet those who fought to save their loved one's life, this is something Jo can help you with.

We will never be able to take away the pain that you feel, but we promise to support you with compassion, and in any way that we can.
