Our crews are dispatched to attend Wales' most critically ill and injured patients. Despite their best efforts, sadly, not everyone survives. Tragically, the deaths of our patients are often sudden and unexpected. 

The loss of a loved one is a personal and heartbreaking journey. Everyone has their own way of dealing with their grief.

Our Patient Liaison Nurses, Jo and Hayley, are on hand to support you during this difficult time. They will listen, offer support, and can answer any questions you may have about the treatment we provided. Some people also find it comforting to pass a message to those who fought to save their loved one's life, this is something Jo and Hayley can help you with.

We will never be able to take away the pain that you feel, but we promise to support you with compassion, and in any way that we can.
