Should I update my Will?

It is very important to remember when making your Will that it may need to be changed later on due to circumstances. For example, if you get a divorce, lose a loved one, or decide to start a family you may wish to change the information provided in your will. To amend your Will, you will need to add a codicil which has been witnessed when signed.
