The Lifesaving Lottery is run internally by our in-house lottery department - meaning that your membership comes straight to the charity in order to keep the helicopters flying. In the year ended 31st July 2020, as a percentage of the total sales, 85% went directly to the lifesaving service provided by Wales Air Ambulance Charity, 1% was paid in prizes and 14% covered the costs to manage and licence the lottery. Every week there is a guaranteed jackpot of £1,000 along with a second prize of £200, a third prize of £100 and 20 prizes of £10 all allocated to winning numbers drawn by a random number generator, as long as the player has paid to enter that particular draw.
