Charity Ambassador, James Hook, is set to hike 100 miles from Tenby to Mumbles, in aid of our charity.

James has been a Wales Air Ambulance supporter for over a decade, after his eldest son, Harrison, needed the service when he was a baby. James was also at the scene of the Charity’s first-ever mission at Glynneath Rugby Club over 20 years ago.

Hooky's Hike, coincides with our charity fundraising event, 'Walk Wales', where we're asking supporters to walk, jog or run 50 miles in June. James will be doubling that distance during his challenge, starting on Tuesday June 4, from our Tenby shop on Upper Frog Street at around 9am. His challenge should last 5 days, walking 20 miles per day!

We expect to reach a milestone of 50,000 missions in June, support James in his challenge and follow his progress by following our social media pages.

If you'd like to help us mark this milestone number of patients attended, you can sign up to our Walk Wales challenge here by joining our Facebook group, and completing the registration form.

Thank you to the sponsors of Hooky's Hike, Low Cost Vans, Owens Group, SA1 Solutions, and Bluestone, for enabling James to take on this challenge in aid of our charity.
