One of the first things you will want to decide is how you want to collect sponsorship, here are a couple of ideas:

Sponsor form

How about the trusty sponsor form? It includes a Gift Aid option, this allows charities to claim 25p for every £1 that you donate. Please ensure you enter the full details.

If you choose to use one of our sponsor forms, please contact [email protected]  and let us know what you are doing; we will then send you a t-shirt and other fundraising materials that will help.

JustGiving and other online giving platforms

Setting up a JustGiving page is the quickest and easiest way to let people know you’re raising money. Visit and follow the instructions to set up your own fundraising page.

JustGiving offers a personalised JustTextGiving code  , this means that anyone can sponsor you by simply sending a text. It’s great for on-the-go donations.

Do you love using social media? Facebook have now made fundraising through your own page simple and easy. All you need to do is follow this link, share your story and enter a fundraising goal - then just sit back, and watch the money come in.
