Director of Aviation Operations

To lead on and take responsibility for providing strategic leadership of the Charity’s aviation operations, including partner relationship management, development of airbase infrastructure and effective and safe operations of WAA aviation and hospital landing sites.

To strategically manage our commercial relationship with Gama Aviation, ensuring that operational services are being delivered in accordance with the contract, taking operational decisions on behalf of the Charity (in consultation with our medical services partner, EMRTS) and ensuring that any variance to service is reflected in monthly account meetings and billing.

Home based/Hybrid working. Travel across Wales is required.
