Supporter Engagement Manager

To lead a team of Supporter Engagement Co-ordinators who are the first point of contact for the stewardship of fundraising enquiries and donors through direct communication with supporters via a variety of channels.

Ensuring that the Charity provides excellent supporter experience, that processes and systems are efficient and effective, and team members have the knowledge they need to grow support across all income streams and reach ambitious fundraising goals.

The role will be responsible for delivering numerous projects all designed to generate income or to steward supporters and plays an important part in contributing to overall fundraising targets.
