Keeping You Safe in our Shops In these difficult circumstances, we aim to give you the best possible service while keeping you safe and following government guidelines. For this reason, we have put in place the following guidelines for when you visit our shop. Only a certain number of customers allowed in the shop at any time (this will vary for each shop). We are operating a ‘1 in 1 out’ access system. When at full capacity, please don’t be offended if we ask you to wait outside until it is safe to enter the shop. We are operating a one-way system. Please follow the floor markings. Please make sure you are at least 2 metres/6ft apart at all times. Please do not touch any goods unless you intend to purchase them. Please use contactless or card payment where possible. Please do not visit if you have COVID-19 symptoms – stay at home Please stand in the marked out box while being served. Please note Wearing a face mask is now mandatory in indoor public spaces in Wales. This includes our shops. If you are exempt from wearing a mask, please let a member of staff know. Please be aware that some customers and staff are not able to wear a face mask. This could be because: They have a hidden disability or other health condition They are with somebody who relies on lip-reading to communicate They cannot wear a face mask safely and consistently For further information, please visit www.gov.wales/coronavirus Thank you for your understanding and patience.
