Helen's Inner Wheel Walk for Wales Air Ambulance

I am blessed to live in a beautiful country however the rural nature of Wales can present challenges. Over the years many ill and injured people have benefitted from WAA ability to reach difficult or remote areas of Wales to bring desperately needed Medical assistance. My Challenge is to walk the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path...all 187 miles of it! I'm not a dedicated hiker I just like a walk so I hope I can do it! Please give generously to support WAA.
