Donated Items and Deliveries For your safety and the safety of our staff, we have made some changes to the ways that we receive donations and deliver items. Donated Items: Unfortunately, we are only able to take a limited amount of donated items at this time. This is due to limited space in our shop and the need to isolate donated goods for a while to avoid potential cross-contamination. Deliveries & Collection: We are pleased to announce that we will be returning to our normal collection and delivery service from Monday 30th November. From this date, we will be offering a full service, involving the collection to and delivery from inside customers’ homes. All safety precautions have been put in place with our teams, including the use of appropriate PPE. When booking a delivery or collection, you will be asked a set of specific questions. We will ask if anyone in the household is showing symptoms of COVID-19. This is to ensure that it is safe to proceed with the service. For the collection of smaller donations, we will ask you to place the items as close to the front of the property as possible, to minimise the need for entry by our transport teams. For the collection of larger donations, we will ask you to leave the items in situ until our transport team arrives at the premises so the items can be assessed thoroughly. You will also be asked if all windows can be opened (weather permitting) for ventilation and to adhere to the social distancing guidelines (2 metres) set out by the Welsh government when our teams are on-site.
