The Role

To support the Business Services Manager in the provision of an exemplary customer services function that supports the charity’s strategic plans.

Working as part of the Business Services Team, to facilitate supporter engagement through effective business services administration for the charity.

Providing the highest level of customer service, acting the first point of contact for those interacting with the Charity and ensure our supporters are engaged and recognised for their contribution.

25 hours per week

£23,834 per annum (pro rata)

Location

Dafen Office. Travel across Wales may be required
