Some of you have asked us about a new TV advert you've seen, which promotes a children's air ambulance service. It's led to some confusion amongst supporters, thinking the advert relates to us and our Children's Wales Air Ambulance division here in Wales.

The advert is by a charity in England, which operates the Derbyshire and Warwickshire air ambulance and also uses the names, ‘Children’s Air Ambulance’ and ‘The Air Ambulance Service’.

We want to clarify to all our supporters that Wales Air Ambulance and our CWAA operation, which airlifts children and babies from across Wales to specialist hospitals, is in no way connected to this charity.

We’re proud to be the only air ambulance charity based in and dedicated to Wales.
