Our much-loved annual event is back, and we cannot wait to get started.

For this year's challenge we are asking participants of all ages to take on 100km in May.

The beauty of the ‘Walk Wales – 100km in May’ virtual challenge is that you can take part anywhere, anytime. It's also great for your physical and mental wellbeing.

Whether you walk, run, jog, or complete the 100km distance at home, you will be helping to keep our helicopters in the air and our rapid response vehicles on the ground.

Entry is FREE but raise £100 for us and you will receive a bespoke Walk Wales 2023 medal.

Take the first step today and sign up to our 100km in May!

There are two ways for you to enter our Walk Wales challenge; directly via Facebook or through our very own website.
